Devron Tyner, 17, was found with a bullet wound near the 300 block of East Pratt Street in Baltimore’s Central District shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Monday, April 1, police said.
He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
Police Wednesday released photos of several suspects.
